Syntropy Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

Syntropy is operated by Eclosion Tech LLC in the United States. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use Syntropy, including its workspace, chat, and social publishing services.

Information you provide

We process account information such as your name and email address, workspace settings and preferences, and content you provide through the features you use. This can include chat conversations, drafts, uploaded files and media, publishing schedules, and support requests.

Connected Facebook and Instagram accounts

Connecting social accounts is optional. Facebook Login for Business authorizes Syntropy Social to work with Facebook Pages you manage and Instagram professional accounts linked to those Pages. This authorization connects social accounts; Syntropy has its own application sign-in.

Depending on the permissions you grant and the features you use, Syntropy processes:

  • Your app-scoped Meta user identifier, authorization credentials, and connection status.
  • Connected Page and Instagram account identifiers, names, usernames, and account relationships.
  • Post identifiers, captions or text, publication times, media, thumbnails, and links to platform posts. We may copy imported thumbnails and posters into our media storage so they remain available in your workspace.
  • Available engagement and performance information, such as likes, comments, shares, views, reach, and saves.
  • Comments made available through the authorized APIs, including text, author names or handles, timestamps, and available interaction counts.

We use this information to establish the connection, display connected accounts, import supported posts, publish or schedule content at your direction, display metrics and comments, and diagnose operational problems. Features and data availability depend on the platform and granted permissions. The current comments interface supports reading comments.

How we use information

We use information to provide and maintain the features you request, personalize your workspace, communicate with you about the service, understand usage, resolve support issues, maintain security, and comply with applicable obligations.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your personal information. Workspace information is available to people with the relevant workspace access. When you publish a social post, Syntropy sends its content and required authorization to the platform you select. Visibility on that platform follows its account and audience settings.

Service providers help operate Syntropy. Vercel hosts the web application, Hetzner hosts infrastructure, Neon provides the application database, and Amazon Web Services provides object storage. Our confirmed Hetzner resources are in Ashburn, Virginia, and our confirmed AWS storage and Neon database are in the US East region. Providers may process information in other countries through their support and subprocessing operations.

We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety. For public-authority requests, our processes include reviewing legality, limiting disclosures to the minimum necessary information, and documenting the request and response.

Connected platforms and other third-party services have their own privacy policies. This policy describes processing by Syntropy.

Retention and deletion

We retain information as needed to provide the requested service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and why it is held.

You can revoke Syntropy’s social authorization through the connected platform. Revoking a connection stops further authorized access through that connection; it is distinct from deleting content already published to the platform.

A Meta data-deletion request removes the affected connection credentials and starts cleanup of the associated account records, imported Meta content, platform metrics, and rehosted Meta media in Syntropy’s active stores. We retain a limited request record to track its status and avoid processing the same callback twice. The confirmation link shows whether cleanup is still in progress, requires additional review, or has completed. Older or shared records may require review to avoid removing another account’s information.

This process does not delete posts from Facebook or Instagram, content authored directly in Syntropy, or data from other connected platforms. You can request deletion of other Syntropy information by contacting us. Operational backups and logs may persist until their applicable retention cycles expire.

Your choices and rights

You can manage social permissions through the connected platform, update your account information, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. Rights available to you may depend on your location. You can also opt out of marketing communications and contact us to object to processing where applicable.

For a request involving social information, identify the relevant workspace and connected account. We may need to verify your identity and authority over the information. Do not send passwords or access tokens. View Meta deletion request information.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect information. Stored Meta authorization credentials are encrypted by the application, and workspace access is subject to authentication and access controls. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Changes and contact

We will post updates to this policy here and revise the date above. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to Eclosion Tech LLC at info@eclosion.tech.
